    If you are experiencing a problem with your Lumantek product, please fill out and submit the Return Material
    please enter your RMA Code. Distributors or dealers should login using their ID and Password.

Note: Dealers must log-in first!
  • A Return Material Authorization (RMA) Code is required for all product returns to Lumantek. Return Material Authorization Codes are valid for up to 30 days, from the date they are issued. The issued Return Material Authorization Code must match the shipment (correct amount of units, model type and serial numbers).
  • Use Lumantek approved packaging.
  • Write your Return Material Authorization Code on 2 sides of the box in BLOCK LETTERS.
  • Use a traceable courier service that can provide a proof of delivery such as FedEX or DHL
  • Remove and keep bags, cables, brackets, antennas and manuals. We can not return these items to you.
  • All warranty claims are voided if a product is received under any of the following conditions: Product was damaged under transport as a result of poor packaging. Product was shipped without proper Electro Static Discharge (ESD) protection. Product damaged, altered or opened. Product has one or more Lumantek Seals removed or torn.
  • RMA Turn-around Times ? normal cases: diagnosis, repair and shipment within 2 weeks.
  • RMA status: Once you have shipped us your product, you may check your RMA status online. You can also contact the Lumantek RMA Department.
Packaging and Shipping Instructions
Returning your In-Warranty Lumantek product for Warranty repair or Warranty replacement
Lumantek shall have no liability with respect to (a) data lost, regardless of cause, (b) data recovery services, or (c) data contained in any product placed in Lumantek’s possession. Lumantek is not reliable for and has no obligation to pay for any cost associated with data recovery.
Please read the following shipping instructions carefully.

Product that arrives damaged in shipment, without an RMA Code or without appropriate warranty information, will be returned to the sender non-repaired and shipment at their expense. Products damaged through neglect due to improper packaging or in shipment, will have the warranty voided and will be processed and returned to you non-repaired. (Note: An example of improper packaging would be sending a product back in an envelope.)
Lumantek is responsible for RMA return shipment charges ONLY if such RMA case is designated as ‘Under Warranty’ by Lumantek. Lumantek shall take responsibilities on shipping and handling charges after the repair work is done.
